HELP .. ANNUAL ELIGIBILITY & VERIFICATION

Just received Award Letter for Aid & Attendance   Also included is a Eligibility Verification Report & Medical Expense Report.  Should received the initial back payment for '09 within a few days and will receive the first monthly payment in Jan.   BUT already they are want other forms filled out?  The letter they sent with the Award Letter is hard to understand exactly WHAT they want.  And they want it within a year time frame BUT should respond within 30 days or be CUT OFF.   HELP if you understand this................
