Debbie, I can't thank you enough., you're the best! I am also searching on behalf of a parent and I'll tell you what as I think you have mentioned, it would be so easy to just give it up after navigating through the V.A.'s website and talking with their staff after getting to your site and reading of your trials and tribulations it's encouraging to find someone who not only has succeeded in procuring benefits but also willing to share their expertise in how they were attained.
